The check
Concerns Form ASSET: an accumulated depreciation figure that has gone negative, which usually means activity was keyed with the wrong sign or larger than the balance it reduces.
Where to fix it
- Review the accumulated depreciation lines in Form ASSET against the fixed asset ledger and re-enter with the correct sign.
Not run from the export
Not run by SACS Pre-Flight: it needs data that is not in the Other Export. When your export carries CDE's own review log, Pre-Flight lists this check under 'Not run here' rather than counting it.
