The check
A form depends on another form that has not been opened and saved first (for example, Form ICR depends on the fund forms, including funds 09 and 62). CDE's exception message names the order to open them in.
Where to fix it
- Open and save the forms in the order the message gives, then rerun the checks.
Not run from the export
Not run by SACS Pre-Flight: it needs data that is not in the Other Export. When your export carries CDE's own review log, Pre-Flight lists this check under 'Not run here' rather than counting it.
