The check
The prior year ending fund balance, preloaded from last year's unaudited actuals submission, does not equal this year's beginning fund balance (Object 9791) by fund.
Where to fix it
- Compare each fund's 9791 to last year's submitted ending balance. Audit adjustments and restatements belong in Object 9793 or 9795, not in 9791; a difference in 9791 itself means the beginning balance was loaded wrong.
Not run from the export
Not run by SACS Pre-Flight: it needs data that is not in the Other Export. When your export carries CDE's own review log, Pre-Flight lists this check under 'Not run here' rather than counting it.
