CDE's wordingThe following combinations for FUND (funds 01, 09 and 62) and FUNCTION are invalid. Your general ledger data must be corrected and the data reimported.
Fatal. The Official Export will not run until it is cleared.
What it means
A function that isn't allowed in funds 01, 09 or 62
The same fund by function test as CHK-FUNDxFUNCTION-A, but fatal in the general fund, the charter schools special revenue fund (09) and the charter schools enterprise fund (62).
Why it fires
The usual causes
- Facilities or debt functions in the general fund where CDE expects them in another fund
- A function reserved for county offices used by a district
How to fix it
The repair
- Recode the function, or move the activity to the fund that carries it; re-extract and reimport.
