What it means
Contributions from restricted revenues don't net to zero
Object 8990 moves money between restricted resources. Within a fund it must net to zero, the same rule as 8980.
Why it fires
The usual causes
- A contribution between two restricted programs posted on one side only

- Post the offsetting 8990 in the other restricted resource.
