Interfund direct cost transfers don't net to zero
CDE's wordingTransfers of Direct Costs - Interfund (Object 5750) do not net to zero for all funds.
Fatal. The Official Export will not run until it is cleared.
What it means
Interfund direct cost transfers don't net to zero
Object 5750 moves direct costs between funds. Across all funds it must net to zero: a 5750 charge in one fund needs a 5750 credit in another.
Why it fires
The usual causes
- The charging fund posted 5750 and the credited fund did not
- The credit side coded to 5710 or to a revenue object
How to fix it
The repair
- Post the missing side in the other fund with 5750.
