CDE's wordingThere should be no contributions (objects 8980-8999) to the lottery (resources 1100 and 6300) or from the Lottery: Instructional Materials (Resource 6300).
Fatal. The Official Export will not run until it is cleared.
What it means
A contribution to or from lottery resources
Resources 1100 (lottery, unrestricted) and 6300 (lottery, instructional materials) cannot receive contributions, and 6300 cannot contribute out.
Why it fires
The usual causes
- A lottery shortfall covered by a contribution
- Instructional materials money contributed to another program
How to fix it
The repair
- Remove the contribution and move the excess spending to the resource that will carry it.
